Enchanté ! My name is Luke Hashman, and I’m a French tutor based in Aylesbury, offering tuition up to GCSE level.

I teach full-time at a secondary school in Hertfordshire, where I have worked since qualifying as a teacher in 2019. I am fully committed to my students’ progress and personal development and take great pride in nurturing a positive classroom environment. I am particularly adept at developing engaging digital learning resources. I have also worked as a GCSE examiner for the French speaking and writing exams.

I have a Master’s degree in Language Learning from the University of Southampton, where I specialised in second language learning methodology and worked as an HLTA in a local secondary school alongside my studies. Outside work, I volunteer for a community radio station in High Wycombe, where I sit on the board of directors.
